CATT Software Management Tool

“Clinical Assessment, Tracking and Triage” is a comprehensive software management tool for behavioral health organizations. CATT is first and foremost a patient tracking and case management system for use by the clinical case management staff of a multi-program behavioral health agency. On the back end of the case management system lies a highly integrated AR/MIS module.

CATT has been designed from the ground up to be compliant with the Ohio ODMH/ODADAS MACSIS specifications. In fact, the design is predicated upon the fact that this MIS software not only needs to support the MACSIS specifications but be flexible enough to easily support any other EDI mandate that an agency could have with a number of its payors and funding agents. In addition to all MACSIS EDI specifications, CATT is “out-of-the-box” compatible with all current ODMH and ODADAS EDI formats including Medicaid billing, Behavior Health Module and Outcomes collection using the six Ohio Scales tools.

The whole CATT application is developed in Microsoft Access (the database package that comes with Microsoft Office) using a highly tiered client/server data structure. This allows remarkable flexibility in customizing the software using MS Access tools, while retaining a very speedy performance over a variety of LAN and WAN installations. Unlike other large agency MIS systems which charge ongoing license fees and require that all customizations to be done by the vendor, the Enterprise version of CATT is being distributed as an open system, and is packaged with 100 hours of onsite support for customization and training with additional services always available through our ongoing support contracts.
