VitalHealth Software was founded as a collaboration between the Noaber Foundation (NL) and Mayo Clinic (US), and delivers web-based software solutions for personalized health management. Our solutions include an EHR for small and medium sized primary care practices – designed with Mayo Clinic – as well as collaborative health management solutions for chronic diseases. Our model-driven VitalHealth Platform, is used by a growing network of partners to create 4th and 5th generation EHR’s.
