I will never come here again, I took my son in for an asthma attack in the middle of the night. Received appropriate treatment but when the bill came it had additional charges for testing we had not received in the ER. The billing department has not been helpful and was down right rude. I have been hung up on multiple times by billing staff just for asking about the bill. No one has ever called me back after multiple calls for a supervisor or auditor to review my sons chart. It has been 5 months since his visit and this has been a nightmare. I am so disappointed in the customer service we have experienced and extremely concerned about the false charges. Shame on you Crawford County ER for your dishonest practice and lack of respect for your patients!

All were kind and considerate and professional. Very relaxed atmosphere. Awesome facility and staff! I highly recommend your services.

I called to ask if I could mix my blood thinner with my pain medication and they sent me to a stupid call center that couldn’t even answer my question saying the doctor or pharmacist has to answer, well where the hell am I gonna get a pharmacist at 4 in the morning?! I asked if I could speak to the doctor at the ER and they said no they won’t answer me unless I go in. I have to sign in as a patient for them to answer one simple question! Then they’re all, oh well you can speak to the nurse call center, like lady I just spoke to them and they said they couldn’t help me! Are you deaf? Cuz I know I didn’t studder! I had to call the walgreens in Colorado to get my answer! This is the most pathetic situation ever!

Only place around had to took son there for concussions intabated him to take a ct scan then said have to life flight him as they are not equipped to bring out of intubation just so they can over bill they even had to send ct out to Omaha to be read had to file 7 on dr bills they use H&R acc collection and others to harass bully been paying the place on a bill $1100. Years think is paid there bully’s just attacked last week and another bill they did not submit to insurance trying to make me pay for there lazy ness hat that place father I law died at there care dad died at there care. Only care for $$$$$ how much they can suck for there pockets even a tax payer FUNDED place. what $30,000,000.00 $30 million dallars new everything can’t keep track what’s paid who paid and bully billing

This is good for minor fixes. If you have a good doctor you are in good hands. Sometimes I would much rather care for myself.
