Grace Hospital ER has always treated me so well! Always have wonderful, caring nurses and doctors. It's always clean, and they see me in a very timely manner. A+

They sent my bill to collections ONE MONTH after date of service. I had insurance, that they had on record, and they refused to bill my insurance. Ive already spoken to insurance group who said it would have been fully covered, but atrium health chose to submit it to collections and hurt my credit instead of billing my insurance. Now I've been working on getting them to do the job they should have done in the first place and its been a month. The bill still sits on my credit score and they refuse to bill my insurance and get the bill off my credit. I do not recommend Atrium Health or any of their groups.

Not my experience but, sitting in waiting room and woman goes to receptionist desk bc she had not been seen in 3+ hours. Another woman says they been washing for 5+hours. This is not right. I know she and steady wins the race but.. that's a fine line. I understand they are packed in the back with no beds find other ways to get the patients seen and it the door. Not to quickly. Don't get me wrong, there are nice friendly but lack no urgency.

Horrible experience. Came in with severe pain from a kidney infection and they forgot my urine sample and left it in my room for 20 minutes, the doc came in, we told him it was there and he left it and then a nurse finally came and got it. They’ve not given me anything for the pain and no one has been back to check on me. Only giving it 1 star because it made me. I will never come back to this hospital again

Unbelievably incompetent staff. Dr. Bascom k. Bradshaw should not be able to work as a medical professional. I hope this review will at least keep one person from going to this place. Please do youself or your family member an incredible favor and go elsewhere.
