I have never in life seen anyone be treated so poorly. After a suicide attempt the patient was left alone in a room for hours with the bottle of draino she tried to drink sitting beside her. They left her in chemical covered clothes for 7 hours and ignored her telling them her skin was burning. She now has chemical burns. The family asked to be transfered to another hospital the dr said the hospital requested denied her services. She then signed her self out and when leaving over hear the nurses mocking her and making fun of her. They made her feel like her life wasnt worth saving and that she should have died. After leaving there she went to seek treatment from the hospital she had requested. Not only did they provide services but they looked into it and butler hospital never even called them. The entire emergency room staff including dr. Roth showed an extreme lack of morals and concern. There is a formal compaint being filed with the state. No one should ever be treated like they were better off dead and thats exactlt how she was treated.

Dr Adams has been great which is why I’m giving a 2 star however this is my first ever review which says a lot. I called their practice and left a voicemail and they called back the next day where they told me to come in to pick up a prescription and I even asked is there a specific time I shouldn’t come in incase they were at lunch or away and she said no and to come in whenever and someone will greet you. I waited 20 minutes standing there not even being greeted and only started saying things like “Hello, anyone there” after 10 minutes of nothing and the receptionist had the nerve to come out after 20 minutes and blame me for hearing me ask if anyone could help me/let me know and said well everyone deserves a lunch I’m sure you’re on your lunch break too. I wasn’t even that upset until she started immediately blaming me for coming at lunch and when I stated I asked what times earlier that morning she said oh you must have left a voicemail and I’m like no I talked with one of your colleagues. Cold shouldered/horrible experience waiting and then getting blamed for having to wait 20 minutes to even get someone to notice I was there.
