This is for sure the best place to have a baby! My wife and I had the greatest experience here. It was literally like the mandarin oriental fully staffed with nurses and doctors! They were so attentive and caring we couldn’t ask for anything more. The food is amazing and everything is really clean. If we ever have another child we’re for sure going to have them here. The funniest part of our experience was when my friends 4 year old went to the bathroom and pulled the red emergency string, moments later 5 nurses came rushing into the room like some type of healthcare mafia. It was the hilarious and exemplary of the type of care they offer. Come here for your baby you will not forget it!

This was my first experience at this hospital with both of my parents this past week. I will tell you we have been to the other local hospitals in the past and the experience at this one was my far the best due to our circumstances. My father was admitted on Saturday 9/14 and my mother on Monday 9/16 and from the workers in the ER to the nurses, care team, the doctors they went above and beyond. Please keep up the excellence with all that you all do.

I was admitted on Thursday to the E.R. The nurse who checked on me was very attentive when I needed assistance, The Doctor was very professional. The call nurse wasn't very helpful though. But the rest of the experience was fine! thank you very much!

Wonderful hospital (but not the ER)! My wife gave birth to our son here! The staff was so wonderful. We were first time parents and my wife was very nervous the day before going home. One of the nurses was so sweat to her that she offered to even stop by our house to check on her if she wanted. That really helped ease my wife's fears! The Emergency Room is not as reliable. We've had to take our son to the ER twice: 1. Took our son when he wasn't even 1yo around 11:30PM. Our son was running a temperature and screaming in pain (which he never does). When we arrived the ER didn't have anyone waiting in the lobby and we were taken back right away. After 30 minutes the ER doctor finally stops in and talks to us for a few minutes and said it was most likely just a little temp (without even physically touching our child). He said he would be back and left for another 45 minutes. The entire time our son is still screaming in pain! My wife called her brother who worked at that hospital (but was off). He told her that we needed to notify the Nurse that if the doctor doesn't come in and actually examine our son that we will be filling a malpractice suit because he didn't actually examine our son. The doctor came right back in and did a quick exam (and missed a massive double-ear infection). The doctor game our son some medicine to help with the pain and sent us home. The next day we took our son to his Pediatrician and they immediately diagnosed him with double-ear infection. The Pediatrician couldn't believe the doctor missed it. Said that the ER doc obviously didn't properly examine our son! So be careful and stand up for your rights if you feel that the ER doc is not doing their job, because sometimes they don't! 2. Took our son when he was 2yo for stitches over his eye. The staff was very friendly and got him stitched up quickly. Our son didn't even cry once.

Sitting in a room now. We've been here since 2:30, it's currently 5:23 and my daughter is screaming and crying in pain. She had surgery yesterday on her tonsils and adenoids. She hasn't drank since yesterday and hasn't even peed since 3am. They gave me two options, 1) IV now, 2) come back tomorrow and get an IV and overnight stay. Her doctor told me to come get an IV today.... I asked for Tylenol at 3, didn't get it until 5, now she won't take it so we've been asking for a suppository, I'm tempted to say no and do it myself at home bc they have no compassion and have clearly lost their empathy and love to help people. A four year old autistic child screaming and crying in pain and the doctors are sitting at their computers not looking up. The nurses walk by and closed our door. Please avoid this place.
