  • 0.5 tsp (2.5 g) cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 tsp (2.5 g) garlic powder
  • 1 tsp (5 g) each:
    • Basil
    • Onion powder
    • Black pepper
    • Parsley
    • Mace
    • Sage
    • Marjoram
    • Savory
    • Thyme

Talk to your doctor before trying a salt substitute or lite salt. Most salt substitutes and lite salts are high in potassium. Too much potassium can cause problems.
