Unfortunately I spent the majority of my day in the ER, but the wonderful staff at Illinois Masonic made it a lot less painful. I honestly believe that each person that I encountered actually cared, which was very comforting to me, especially since I went there alone and was pretty nervous. I hope they read this and know how much their patience, kindness and attention meant to me, and I'm sure to many others. As for the facility, it was immaculate. Clean, modern and comfortable and in a lovely neighborhood. I felt I was in the best of hands and hopefully won't have to go back to the ER, but if I did, this is definitely where I'd go.
