Advocate South Suburban Hospital

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My mom has her fair share of health problems so she has been in and out of South Suburban and Christ plenty of times over the last 2 years. Next time she has to come to the ER I am willing to drive the extra minutes and miles to get to Christ so the staff actually take care of her. The only positive thing about this dump is the Chemotherapy center which she really likes but as for the rest of the main hospital, take your loved one somewhere else you will only get mistreated and aggravated here.

The ER staff at SOUTH Suburban Hospital were fantastic! Tamara was our ERT and she addressed every need necessary to make our stay comfortable. Jamie was our RN, and she was very detailed and made sure everything was taken care to the highest standard... we will return if the need ever permits! Thank you so much!!!

If I could give negative stars to this place I would. I am 35 weeks pregnant, called to make an appointment for an ultrasound. Who ever I spoke with did not even let me finish my sentence when she said they were booked until the second week of October which will be my due date. I explained the situation, still didn’t even attempt to help me. I said my concerns & all she said was well then go to the emergency room or call your doctor. Some people shouldn’t be working for health providers or hospitals if they don’t care about people. Definitely do not recommend.

Rude staff and they don't have no professional manners for patients or people. My mom been there 5 days with an infected foot and she has diabetes they haven't determined anything yet. People in charge of cleaning the beds and room don't do their job they get mad when I called to tell them to do so.

I had back Surgery The staff was awesome very caring people In the surgery department .
