Well I wish I could say my friend and I had a good experience in the ER. Let’s just say if I was half dead I would make them take me to a different hospital. I was very worried about my close friend she was disoriented, weak and her limbs where swollen.
She has suffered tons of trauma in her life. She suffers from Schizoaffective disorder, narcolepsy it has severe debilitating anxiety and countless other host of problems. She is a mother and one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met my life honestly I don’t know how she lives day today she’s a marvel if you ask me She has never used any type of IV drugs I know this for a fact they treated her like an IV drug user the nurses were very rude they will put an IV in her arm and never return for two hours. There was one doctor from Kenya who seem like she She actually cared to see my close friend break down in absolute tears of shame was an awful sight I’m sure they deal with a lot. But to see an entire hospital staff attack a young lady who has never done anything like that was absolutely uncalled, for and the most unprofessional situation and hospital staff I have ever encountered this is just a review I am going to email and call everybody that I can until I reach somebody that matters. It took me an hour and a half to get her to calm down after we left the hospital AMA I wish I could post pictures of how this nurse put an IV in her arm it is so bruised it almost looks like the vein is collapsed I am disgusted with the staff from the time we walked in until the time we walked out Akron general is a world where noun hospital I will not stop until somebody addresses the situation that happened today.
