If I could go lower then 1 Star I would been in the waiting room for about a hour with my not even 2 year olds head bleeding this place sucks

I wish I could give these guys a 5 star rating. Over all most of the staff is great. The er can be slow at times but does not reflect on my score as they just have very limited number of rooms. My chief complaint is there is quiet a few drs there with horrible bedside manners. They fail to properly read a patient's charts and dont know what they are doing. Also the majority of nursing staff there is good as well but just like the Dr.'s there is a good few who should choose change thier profession. But for being a small hospital in a rural are located in a dying town they are fairly well and I have only had a small number of bad interactions there that resulted in me seeking out and driving to plattsburgh for better care.

The morning staff,are good workes helped my dad get up and sit for awhile. Get him want he needs and wants.

Went to the emergency room today because my toenail has been ripped off and also has an infection which on a Pain Scale is a 10 out of 10... I've been taking high doses of both Ibuprofen and Tylenol... And apparently they don't treat injuries with medicine... I don't know what the problem is this is a hospital and if you're hurt it will not do you any good to come to this establishment... Show up with pain and leave with pain
