Zero stars, well, 1 star see below. Will never use this hospital again. Our daughter broke her arm roller skating. In a panic we took her to the first hospital that came to mind, which was Henry Ford Allegiance. I’ll give 1 star because they self-recognized they were incapable of performing the operation required. Henry Ford helped to comfort her and offered some pain relief. Henry Ford recommended we go to U-of-M to have her taken care of properly. As you can imagine the bill from U-of-M was not cheap, but Henry Ford charged 2/3 of the price of what U-of-M charged for minimal service. I called Henry Ford to request an itemized bill. They said the bill I had was the itemized bill which listed 3 line items; Pharmacy, Radiology, and Emergency Room. I challenged the Emergency Room charge with customer service and billing for the lack of service that was received. I was told that charge varies depending on what services were performed. I then asked for the itemized bill for the Emergency Room charge for the services that were performed. I was then told that it was a standard charge for entering the emergency room whether it was minutes or hours. Note: In an attempt to have a conversation with Henry Ford’s customer service and billing department; there call system disconnected me 8 times.

Staff is always helpful and understanding. I've only had to go to the ER three times and it took as long as I thought it would. Also u had to get blood work done and I was in and out of there in around 30mins which was awesome and pretty surprising. Keep up the great work.

My father-in-law was first taken to Allegiance for a pace maker. That was such a nightmare trying to talk to the doctor who was never available for discussion that we gave up, not to mention the doctor's rudeness. Later when my father-in-law had to go in by ambulance they first told me in the ER he had cancer, then when we went in the next day they had him in isolation and we had to wear gowns, masks, and gloves to visit because he had an infection virus and all of his clothes and shoes had to be disposed of. They discharged him to a nursing home and when we went to see him he couldn't breathe. They called an ambulance and returned him to the hospital. He then passed away the next morning from PNEUMONIA. They misdiagnosed him MULTIPLE times, released him to physical therapy and then it was too late. If I need to go to the hospital PLEASE! either take me to ANY hospital other than Henry Ford Allegiance. PLEASE, just let me die before you take me to Henry Ford Allegiance. PLEASE! I DO NOT want to ever, ever go to Allegiance hospital. Let me die first.

Sometimes it a great place but the doctor's sometimes don't know how too do the job as a doctor all the doctor's should start caring about people and not how much money they can get out of you and your insurance they all should start telling the truth and stop lying

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Good teamwork getting surgeons notified when I cut my hand.
