Andalusia Regional Hospital

My husband has been in the ER and had to have two procedures in two weeks time. Each visit we both were treated excellent and everyone is extra friendly and caring. Also clean hospital!

I don't have any complaints with the Andalusia hospital,nor do I have any complaints with the doctors or the nurses. my complaints are with Dr. Wells OBGYN clinic front desk staff in Andalusia . They are nasty with their patients ,they have nasty attitudes,they are the biggest liars I've ever known. and unwilling to help in a serious situation I will be taking my complaint to CEO Clint Kendall. ASAP

Could not have been happier with this place. We were in the ER for quite a while, due to the rooms on the second floor being full. But once a room became available, they moved my wife right up there. The nurses were very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. It did take a while for the doc to come see us and tell us what the verdict was, but there were other patients that were in much worse shape. My family has been here multiple times for this or that and I have no complaints.

I really wish there was an option to give them 0 stars, they don't even deserve 1 star! This is the sorriest hospital I have ever visited! They have major additude issues (the nurses especially) and they take their precious time no matter how bad you're hurting! I really believe the only way they would actually MAYBE try and help you the way they should is if you flatlined, other than that......THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU!! If you need help of any kind the Andlausia hospital is not the place to come looking for it..
