Aspen Valley Hospital

A beautiful facility with highly expert providers. Although it's a critical access small hospital, top level care is available there. I wouldn trust any family member to be cared for this facility.

Took my son here for shoulder injury. Friendly and courteous staff, competent evaluation, did not run unnecessary tests. Excellent all the way around.

Staff was friendly and new hospital is nice but the administration is horrific. I was lied to by the front desk person who later admitted she lied in front of her co-workers. I was sickening. I was later forced to sign paperwork and the front desk also refused to explain what my future costs might be. I wrote several detailed letters to their PR company and one directly to CEO Dave Ressler and got no response. Shameful.

Horrible experience. I was misdiagnosed and treated for an illness that came back negative on my lab results. The administration/management was rude, disengaged and acted as if they didn’t care about my concerns. I believe they didn’t know how to answer my questions when asked. The only reason I’m giving one star is because of the registered nurses and doctors. They were knowledgeable, friendly and provided me with answers to my questions. I’m very disappointed in how the organization is managed. I would not recommend going to this hospital unless it was emergent.

Went last for angle injury. They did xrays and cat scan and was told to go see orthopedic. They did not care that I was in serve pain at all. They provided me with no results from catscan or anything at all was just treated as they did not care at all. Worse experience ever there!!!!!!!!!
