Emergency room care was excellent. Timely and professional. No billing errors, charges very reasonable for emergency care to get a broken bone set and cast. Yes, emergency rooms by their nature are expensive. No issues here.

Had to go for a colonoscopy and the staff was great! There were several mix ups before hand (between my insurance, scheduling and stuff) but they were very nice and patient and helped resolve things quickly while making sure I was well taken care of. Before and after the procedure they were very attentive and constantly communicating with me to make sure I was ok. They explained everything they were doing/going to do, even to the point of making sure I knew they were going to be communicating about me to each other so I didnt feel uncomfortable or forgotten. The dr that performed the procedure was not my doctor and I never met him before but he made sure to take the time to come in before and afterwards, explain what he found and made sure I knew that I could make an appointment with him to discuss if I wanted to. They even went to the trouble to track down a gluten free muffin because i hadn't eaten in 2 days. Very very happy with everything and everyone!

I have never had any problems with the Dr.s or nurses. They have all been great at every clinic I have been to. The receptionists are always on top of things whether you are calling or standing there. The people who draw blood, I compliment them when their needles don't have shards on them that make sticking me painless and without bruising. The X-Ray technicians always set me up right the first time so I don't have to stay in awkward positions that really hurt. I am so happy that the MRI unit is not in the semi any more. Feels less confining. Those guys know I am clostriphobic and talk me through everything. I have a wash cloth over my eyes, and now they have headphones. They didn't work, but the did block out 3/4 of the noise. That is a bonus right there. They are great guys. Aurora is a great place.
