Nice, clean facility. Everyone was very courteous and seemed to have their act together. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back for treatment and prefer Bakersfield Heart Hospital to any other hospital I’ve been treated at or visited.

Great place to take your love ones for care. The ER was very thorough. Asked questions all the time even asking family members if we were okay and needed anything. Will be using this hospital for any future care my love ones.

I was told to be at the hospital at 8:30, I was. My Procedure was to be at 9:30. 9:30 went by, 10:30 went by 11:30, 12:15 they finally took me to the Procedure room. In the Procedure room they started to put me out and the dr came out and said he was not going to do the Procedure due to a problem with my kidneys. Why didn't they figure out that during that waiting time. I understand the not doing the Procedure and that's good. The waiting was the deal , it was cold couldn't get someone to bring another blanket had to wait after my husband told them I had to use the rest room. The person said she was by herself. She seemed agitated not with me the fact she was trying to handle everything on her own. In the mean time another female person had been standing talking to a male employee at the other counter for almost a half an hour. Have to say the hospital was very clean. I will be going back to the Heart Hospital, I have been told it is one of the best places to go for heart problems

Dr Chandra is a wonderful doctor. She demonstrates superior medical knowledge yet relates to the patient with ease. She exhibits a high level of emotional Intelligence providing easy access to the big picture in favor of the patient. The ER staff is absolutely amazing. Efficient, respectful, thorough. The floor hospital personnel were terrific. Taylor, Amanda, Brian, John. There were more, but there names I dont recall. You guys are running a very elite medical facility. Very impressive. Thank you for your excellent care.
