Banner Baywood Medical Center

I was in the emergency room with my 87 year old Mom about a week ago. The positive energy and amazing teamwork from the Doctor, tech and nurse was phenomenal. We were there for about 8 hours and they treated my Mom with so much dignity and respect. Doctor Patterson had a wonderful bedside manner and Arcelia (tech) is an absolute Rock Star! She went above and beyond in making my Mom feel comfortable. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

I recently needed to visit the ER. I fell and broke my nose and severely bruised my knee. I checked in giving them all my information including current insurance cards. It was pretty slow and they took me back pretty quickly. However when they took me back I was not given any ice to help reduce the swelling in my knee or nose. Once they took the cat scan and xrays I was told my nose was broke and knee was bruised. And I was free to go once the finance guy came to collect my co payment still no ice. I paid my co payment and again gave them my insurance card. Recently I received a notice from an old health insurance company denying payment. Now it's my responsibility to contact everyone to give the insurance information already given to them twice. This is why people get so frustrated

You guys are amazing!!!! A little over a month ago, I was hospitalized for 4 days. I was admitted to the ER, the ICU, and progressive care unit. I got a big diagnosis, that was very scary, but I felt so taken care of by everyone at Banner Baywood. My ER team, ICU team, and progressive care unit team were amazing. I couldn’t be more grateful. I can’t say it enough- I felt so taken care of. This was a scary process for me and you guys made it a lot easier. I know if I ever need anything at all- you guys will be there. I’m at a loss for words. Thank you guys so much. I really appreciate all that you do.

I recently had surgery and subsequent hospitalization at Banner Baywood. I honestly don't understand why the low ratings for this hospital. From the time I arrived for surgery to the point of discharge a few days later everything was top notch. Warm and efficient nurses and staff. My first experience with a Banner Hospital and they were just great. Highly recommend!

Fantastic hospital. Great caring doctors, nurses, and case managers. You guys and girls are rock stars. Thank you for all your hard work. It does not go unnoticed.
