I cannot praise everyone I dealt with today in the ER enough. Every one I came into contact with were so helpful, caring and friendly. Thank you so very much for making my experience an easy one!! You were all great!!

Visited this hospital for the first time this morning, they were absolutely fantastic and I loved how accomodating and informative the staff was! They made sure me and my husband were both comfortable and even got my IV in with ease, which has never happened to me before! I love how far we've come with technology, they used an ultrasound machine to find my vein, so there were no failed attempts at inserting the needle, got me on the first try. They took care of my pain in a timely manner and we were given instructions on what to do if I didn't feel better after taking the prescribed medications. I definitely will be back in the future should I ever need the hospital again. 5 stars.

Short staffed or not does not give them the right to be rud to anyone ...two generations born in this hospital now wishing we would have went to Reno ..altrasound today planing big gender reveal party but its nun my business basically all i said when i was told only one of us could go in was dont tell them what it is laughing ...be back when baby is born then will never step foot in this hospital again .....

I had surgery here on 3/12/19 and the staff was absolutely AMAZING! Every. Single. Person. It was by far one of my best experiences in a hospital EVER! Thank you to everyone!

I'm unsure as to why they have such bad reviews. I came into the emergency room half expecting the team to laugh at me and think I was over reacting with my symptoms. They didnt for one second. An ultra sound tech was just getting off work when I came in but the nurses in the er let her know that I was there so she stuck around for my test results. When my biggest worry came true I was rushed to ultra sound and a surgeon was called with his whole staff while I was in getting my ultra sound. I have been here going on three days and the entire staff has been amazing and all cared about what I was going through. This hospital honestly saved my life on Sunday and I will always remember that.
