I was more than impressed with the physical therapy I received at Building C -- Room #301 -- Sun City West, AZ. Check-in was quick. Names were displayed with appointment time. Just had to check in. Then ON TIME one-by-one patients would be called in by the therapist that would be working with us that particular day. Couldn't have been happier. Thank you!!!

Highly recommend physical therapy at Banner Del E Webb Medical Center. I recently had physical therapy as an after wrist surgery rehabilitation. When I met Tom Riley I was not able to straighten my hand or fingers. In just 4 short days he helped me get on the road to recovery, and with some practice on my own per his instructions I will be 100%, none of which I could have done without his expertise.

Very friendly staff and they explain your issues so you understand and how to help yourself. It is all about healing. And they are really care about their patients. Want to help their patients get better. And equip you as best possible. They laugh with you and almost cry too. They really understand. Tough days. I am going through radiation alone. And get tired OFTEN. But my therapist encourages me on. It really helps... Hooray!!!!

I gave birth back in February this year to my first baby, and had a overall good experience. However, I would like to make note of the fact that I was pressured into induction. Although I declined numerous times and had plans for an all natural birth with no pitocin, I was still told over and over the "risks" of not inducing. My water was leaking for not even 10 hours during all of this, and mind you it wasn't fully ruptured. If it wasn't for Barb (AMAZING NURSE 10/10) I just may have ended up with an unnecessary induction that could have led to a C-section. I'm glad that I was able to advocate for myself, as someone who doesn't have as much of a backbone may have been easily coerced into something they initially had no plans of doing. I also am thankful that my wishes for afterbirth care we're respected entirely. I am glad I got to experience my first birth naturally, as I may have had a harder time doing so the second time around if I hadn't. Barb and Candice are amazing nurses and deserve praise! I hope I will be able to deliver here again in January. EDIT: I did forget to mention that a nurse took my baby's blood sugar incorrectly or had false results and it ended up putting us in the NICU where, not even 10 minutes later, his blood sugar was completely normal (no feeding in between). They were talking about formula, which I said NO, and IV glucose, which was also a hard NO. This ended up costing me close to $300, just for them to monitor his blood sugar for a couple hours in order to ensure it was taken correctly.

ER was so patient with my 22 month old niece her broke her arm. We were seen fairly quickly and the waiting room wasn't crowded at all. Doctors and nursers were very gently and kind. Great overall experience.
