The staff on the Hospice floor were absolutely wonderful. They ensured that my father's final days were as comfortable for him as possible, and looked out for the rest of the family as well. Most of our family doctors have moved to Baptist from Jewish/KentuckyOne, and we have decided to go with them.

I have been there many times, it's a great place to visit. Relief of pain and suffering from any problems with you. I recommend Baptist East to anyone. I have no problems with them. Friendliest people you can know. Highly recommend it.

I’ve been to this emergency room on multiple occasions. Everyone is always very courteous, professional, caring, and great overall. I would recommend this to a family or friend without hesitation.

I'm giving three stars because the visit did not start very well, but by the end of the visit the patient I was seeing was actually in a different part of the hospital and the experience was better there.

I've had a number of surgeries here with two different doctors, and have another coming up next week. Over all the experience has been ok. Dr Clark is truly an amazing doctor who cares so much for his patients. The only reason I'm giving three stars is because sometimes I don't feel like the staff care too much for their patience. Before surgery is great, but after it seems like they are just trying to get you out as quickly as possible without making sure I'm really ok and my needs are met before taking the 2 hr ride back home post surgery. I always get extremely sick afterwards and have mentioned this every time I have surgery and yet they do not take preventative measures.
