My spouse has stage 4 pancreatic cancer, he needed to see a doctor, after almost a 2 hour wait we had to leave and seek treatment elsewhere. Normally ist not been this way. Most of the doctors are students, when you do get a good one, they graduate and leave for another hospital/doctor office

If i would be able to give ZERO STARS I would worst Hospital ever fanily member was transported 2 times in 1 week to this hospital and both times said couldnt admit her. Took her to another hospital 1 hr away and as soon as they saw her she was right away admited will never again use this hospital

Worst hospital ever! Will never return here or any other baptist health as long as i live. I got mistreated informed their customer service went through the whole process of getting the matter dealt with then recieve a letter in the mail that they have come to the conclusion that what they did was acceptable. NEVER AGAIN! Ive gotten better treatment at jennie stuart and thats saying alot. I will definently make sure everyone i know knows how they run this place and treated me so maybe i can keep some poor person from having this happen to them. This just puts me in tears knowing they can treat people this way and get away with it.
