Darlene Pry is the best! I was pretty scared about my situation and Ms. Darlene and all the nursing staff was wonderful making me feel at ease. They even helped ease my husband's mind. I hope if I ever have to be in the hospital again Darlene Pry is there with me. Great Staff!

Many of my family members have been in Baptist hospital in Malvern over the past year. They have provided great care to all family. From Emergency through ICU to the rooms on the floor. The doctors, nurses, social workers, kitchen staff and even the cleaning staff. Are very polite, courteous, and always Professional.

Drive the extra 15 mins to another ER if at all possible.

If I could give a zero or negative I would. They denyed my wife her request for a patient bill of rights or a patient advocate. Was informed they didn't have either one. I was told they may not release information to me even tho we are married. Was thinking I was going to have to provide my marriage just to check on my wife's condition. Was told it had to be a legal marriage like I was lying bc we are both females. I think an attorney would better assist with this situation

Went for my 14 month old because he had a high fever and had a bad cough. Sat in there for over 3 hours and was never seen. There was a bunch of kids in the waiting room sick as hell and in the past 3 hours not a single person was called back. Worse hospital ever
