HORRIBLE HOSPITALITY AND BEDSIDE MANNER HERE! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN CARE OF PROPERLY. I went in about a week ago for false labor, they didn't take their jobs seriously. They made me stand and wait for like 20 minutes and didn't say anything to me. I was emotional and very nervous as it was since this is my first pregnancy. I started to get really bad anxiety and was with my partner waiting on my mom to get there. My partner asked them what was going on since they left us standing there clueless and didn't tell us anything. One of the nurses said very sarcastically to us, "Oh I'm sorry we didn't tell you? We have to clean a spot for her." They took me back to triage for evaluation. I was given a robe and asked to go to the restroom to change. Once I was in there I didn't know how to put on the robe by myself because they didn't exactly show me how to put it together. I was panicking/crying and called my partner on the phone because I couldn't find the nurse. When I called him he was very upset because he told me later the nurses were all up front talking and playing in their phones while I was crying in triage. The nurse came back and finally helped me, she asked me the mandatory evaluation questions and then let my spouse come back to be with me. Once I was back there the girl across from me was crying in pain, when a nurse finally came, after she pressed her button for help. I overheard her tell them that she was dilating and was already at a 6. She said she asked for pain medication hours prior and was also told she was going to get a room, she told them how she was frustrated and alone and they weren't telling her anything. This concerned me very much since I had just gotten there and she was in labor being treated poorly. Needless to say, my bad experience here has caused me to go back to my previous OBGYN and make sure I'm at a hospital that I feel comfortable staying at. They also treated my mother and partner poorly. We were all very disappointed.
