Baptist Memorial Hospital Union City

I came to the hospital for maternity care/delivery. I must say this was my third birth and my absolute favorite hospital ive given birth at. Even though technically i wasnt supposed to give birth naturally here i did and im hoping they do change this policy. The nurses in the maternity ward, kelsey and sonya were absolutely my favorites hands down. Both very sweet women and definitely love their job. Sonya gave us a hug on our way home she was the sweetest! Please reconsider your vbac rule!!! I would love to come back and give birth again. Your hospital staff is truly the best and i felt absolutely comfortable coming back and giving birth to our fourth kiddo here!

Admissions needs to learn to do a job. Not have personal phone calls (20 min) while folks are waiting, then text while sitting at a desk clearly not at break as this took place at 09:15 in the morning. Then you're suppose to use the numbers in order to serve folks as they come in. Not happening. Let's hope the other areas of the Hospital function better.

From the emergency room staff to the ambulatory care nurses to Dr.Jernigan- everyone here has been twonderful in helping my father heal and recover. BUT now it’s awful. The billing and processing of this place is an actual sh*tshow. They call every month with a “new charge that they didn’t realize was there before.” How is that even possible. And now they “Found a new charge that they needed to add outside of the plan we agreed to” so they “need to increase our monthly payments.” No. This is a rip-off and you people need to get your business under control. No wonder people hare dealing with Union City Baptist Memorial. It’s a joke.

My granny was just in there, the nurses were to busy dealing with inturns to turn off her machine or tell us that she was "contagious" my cousin had to put on a hospital suit. After my mom had been there for two days, with my granny & when my mom went & got juice for my granny they rudely asked, "Is the juice for you or your mom."

I've never had any problems when I went. Only one time I came and I had to wait for a while.
