Received wonderful care from doctor and nursing staff! Everyone is so pleasant and caring it made my hospital stay much easier!

The hospital itself is a very awesome place but some of the staff are very rude. My daughter just had her baby and there was one nurse that gave us fits. She was very rude impolite and was not easy to get along with. I recommend if you are having a baby don't choose New Albany Hospital because if you don't do what they want you to do they will make your stay there a bad one. Depending on your age also they will call CPS on you if you don't do things their way I will NEVER EVER go back to New Albany Hospital Labor and Delivery or recommend anyone else to go there.

Well I would not recommend this hospital for anyone. Took my friend in there and he was in alot of pain and the staff never came in to help him they stood at the desk taking pictures and laughing Was there 2 hours listening to them and we got up and left. NOT VERY HAPPY AT ALL. YALL WILL NEVER GET HIS BUSINESS AGAIN.
