If you are in need of medical attention please GO SOMEWHERE ELSE . I would rate it 0 if I could . My mom has a history of blood clots in her leg . And we have sitting in the er waiting room for 2 hours . Beyond rude staff . If I can never come back here I won't! PERIOD

I fell Tuesday morning and my foot snapped and hurt so bad. It immediately swelled and bruised and I wasn’t able to stand on it. I’m from WV and I’m visiting my husband who is working in the area. I went to the er here bc it’s only 1 mile from our camper. They told me at er he didn’t think anything looked broke but a radiologist would look it over and call me that evening, this was early Tuesday morning (7/16/2019)and no one has called me yet and it’s been 2 days!! My foot still is so swelled, bruised, I can’t stand on it at all. I’m going for second opinion

Why is there not an option for zero, guess they have to take the stars that they can get

Not from this area but I was in the ER Friday morning with a broken hand and Dr. Mahmoud and the entire staff were fantastic. Went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had the follow up care when I got home. THANKS TO ALL!

I will never give my service to them again. They ran a test on my husband that we had no clue was being done. They have no intentions of making it right so now we are stuck with a huge bill. They also are only willing to take 10 percent off if paid in full. It's a crappy hospital and I will drive the extra 30 minutes to go to wheeling before I would ever give them my business again.
