Bath VA Medical Center

Much of the staff is extremely rude. They are all either on vacation or hate to be bothered to do their jobs. Have been trying to set up an appointment with behavioral health had to call three x was told I would definately receive a call back when someone arrived back from vacation. One week later and still no call back. This is why veterans get frustrated and just give up trying to get health care. Sad part is, I’m a counselor and I take care of people because they have come to me for help. I don’t ever feel I get this from anyone at the Bath VA. Only reason this place has 4 stars is because employees and “guides” are rating it.

I am going to take parts of this VA that suck and sue them in Federal Civil Court. CNN here I come, then the world will know the truth about some staff here that were supposed to retire a year ago yet are still there. Guess they thought I gave up, nope I have just under 1 year left to file. Bye bye to the horrible and hopefully promotions and raises for the Excellent.

Shi T hole. Pretty bad experience. Was in a bind, got in argument with a nurse, and I found myself kicked off the premises. Had no money. Took bus home. Couldn't believe what was happening. How they could treat a veteran like that was beyond me.

There’s too many patients and not enough staff, and staff is definitely not trained in customer care/service. After years of begging them to help me, I’ve finally given up on getting proper care at this facility.
