Bayfront Health Punta Gorda

I have been going to the Wellness Center for rehab on my leg since a partial knee replacement. They have been excellent in there service. The first person I saw was Allan. He evaluated me to see where I was in walking and balance. I have MS so it is tricky. He worked with me on muscle strength, pain, and walking. While he was on vacation I had Susan. She followed thru and was compassionate and very help full in relieving the pain and frustration. She also worked on my muscles which were the problem with me walking right. Then I had Joletta and still have her. She has been getting the knots and marbles out of my muscles where they r working right for a change. She has been doing different exercises as we go on. With her I have gone from a walker to a cane. It is amazing the knowledge these people have for the different situations. I have been to other PT places before and never got the treatment that I have received here. I would highly recommend The Wellness and Rehab center in Punta Gorda.

The Cardiac Rehab unit from Bayfront Health Port Charlotte is an awesome place for rehab. The nurses were knowledgeable, courteous, caring and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to make it a very pleasant experience. I could not be more satisfied and highly recommend it to everyone. My heartfelt thanks to all! Marilyn Roberts

Teresa, Chuck, Jeanine and Penny, all are very Professional, follow rules to a "T". The cleanliness also gets "A+". Personal attention is "A+". This Heart Rehab is so beneficial that I came back Twice. I am trying to get back the third time but "STAFF" has said they had enough of Doo.

Day shift was amazing! From the moment I stepped through the prep room doors I felt safe. Night shift not as friendly. They did a good job but not as helpful as the day crew. Amanda Cathy Bonita and Brandy. You ladies are my heros. TY for all your kindness and hard work. ❤

My experience there was great. They tended to my every need. I've been admitted twice there and both times were wonderful. There ER team fantastic in my experience. The nurses on the second floor awesome. They knew what they was doing. I trust em. Y'all keep doing what y'all do.
