I couldn't ask for a better place to have my surgery. Everybody went above and beyond, I recently had back surgery and I needed to spent one night here. The attention and care I received were fantastic. From the valet parking staff to my surgeon, Everybody made me feel secure and relax before and after my surgery. I would recommend to anyone

My stay at Baylor Scott & White - Uptown was amazing. Everyone seemed sincerely interested in keeping me comfortable and to help me get better as soon as possible. They did above and beyond helping with any thing I requested and very promptly. The were all pleasant and nice even when I was trying to adjust the bed and accidentally pushed the Nurse call button. One nurse really stood out. Her name is Nancy. She always keep things I needed maintained and within reach very tidy, and she never left the room without asking "is there any thing else you need"? Over all a very good experience. And I would like to mention the great meal choices and how good the food was. Thank you all

I've been going here for over 3 years and I have to say that this place is just awful. They hire what seem to be the least qualified office staff in the industry. Not only are they rude, but they are incompetent and borderline thugs. They will bill you for unnecessary preventative care screenings in excess of what is mandated by the Affordable Care Act. Then they will act surprised when insurance won't pay. Don't go here, find a real practice, this place is a joke. It usually takes a little longer than average to get in and see the doctor, which is not bad, but scheduling the appointment is always a pain. The office staff act like they are doing you a favor by allowing you access to healthcare. It almost seems like scheduling an appointment has nothing to do with availability yet everything to do with how they feel or how secure they are in their career choices at that moment. The walls to the exam rooms are very thin so no privacy. Anything being discussed can be heard by the person in the next room.

Dr. Koganti took the hard way out to give my husband use of his arm after basically all tissue was torn from his rotator cuff. Most other surgeons would have required a shoulder replacement. He did a great job. Furthermore, after having 4 surgeries myself this year, we have experienced some of the best surgery centers/hospitals in Dallas, but our experience here was unbelievable. It felt more like a boutique spa than hospital. All of the staff were welcoming and executed with great skill. To top it off, he was sent home with home made chicken soup to insure the start of a healthy recovery. We would recommend this facility to anyone wanting superior treatment.
