my mother went in and wasn’t received much help what’s so ever. The nurse was nice, but they gave my mother nothing but medicine and didn’t try to find the CAUSE of the pain. He kept saying acid reflux and was in a hurry to just send her out Still in pain for the next few days crying and can still barely stand. the medicine did nothing and we still have to find another more qualified hospital

I use to speak so highly of this place ..but after the 4 days I just spent in there I feel worse than I did when I came in. The drs they have are students and don’t have the proper knowledge yet. Worst experience of my life..save yourself the time and money and just go to parkland!! And don’t let me get on how the nurse blew all my veins trying get sticks ..how do I leave the hospital dehydrated?? After I been there 4 going on 5 days??? Exactly

I have had a concussion for a few days, diagnosed at a different ER. My Dr had been trying to get me into a neurologist but nothing available until November which he felt was too far away. He recommended I go to Baylor ER because they have a great neurological department. I went, when I showed up a blonde girl named Courtney rudely greeted me. Asked why I would bother coming to their facility if I had been seen elsewhere, I explained. She then complained of how hard it will be to get the records from the other facility, not knowing I had all my results. She finally agreed to let me go to the next counter to get a wrist band! My husband and I sat for a good hour, the noises and lights were killing my head. I then overheard another patient say she had been there 4 hours! There was no way I could sit in that environment, in pain so bad I could barely hold my head up for 4 hours! I asked another girl at the check in desk how long, in my mind 1 hour - ok, 4 hours- I am leaving. Well before the sweet girl I asked could answer, Courtney snapped - WE WILL GET YOU IN WHEN WE CAN! Well Courtney wasn't asking you or for cuts in line, asking so I could make an informed decision! Worst experience. Sick people don't need to deal with people like Courtney! It certainly doesn't stop here, they haven't even heard the start of me, remember a lot of irritability with concussion!

So far so good! I plan on having my baby here. I chose this hospital because for labor and delivery they are ranked highly. My insurance company actually offers a higher co-deductible here over other hospitals because of the quality of care in labor and delivery. I have attended the prepared childbirth class with Amber as our teacher. We loved it. I found it super helpful even as someone who has had a child before. Amber had a great personality and was very helpful.

I had procedure and night stay. Hospital staff from beginning till end provided the worse care I have ever witnessed. The degree of poor care was so extreme that it can only be a result of horrible training, hiring, management and an operational lack of concern. Stay away!!!!!!!!! Don’t we all love Robo responses. I had previously given detailed reply to the Baylor “ dissatisfaction “ survey and received no reply. This just proves the lack of true interest by Baylor. They feel that a Robo response satisfies Google. Stay away from Baylor!!!!!!
