The first visit my CT was not approved but the lady that was working with me was very professional and worked to resolve the issue. Rescheduled and when I came back was in and out in a short period of time. Very friendly staff and quickly taken care of.

Nurse Michelle Murphy was the best.. Very helpful and shows compassion for the patient. My experience with her was unbelievable. Thank you very much Michelle Murphy

This weekend i ended up needing an appendectomy, and when I was sent to this hospital I was a bit skeptical from some reviews I quickly read, i got sent here because the hospital closest to me (San Jacinto Methodist) wouldn’t even take me because i didn’t have insurance (so ya know, who cares if you have a serious medical issue right?) and i was nervous because I’ve never had surgery and scared that maybe i wouldn’t be treated as well due to the lack of insurance, well i just have to say my experience was wonderful. I’m glad i was sent here instead. Everyone from the nurses to the surgeon were so kind and helpful, they answered my questions, they were calm, professional, and comforting, my surgery went great and i felt very taken care of the entire time. Even today when the billing department called to speak to me they were so kind and helpful. I was very impressed by this hospital.

I stayed on Dr. Pakzaban's floor! The room was huge! It was very clean! The Bistro was wonderful! The staff was fantastic and comforting! My stay was exceptional! Thank you to everyone who made my stay warm and welcoming! I would recommend this hospital to everyone!

I have been to other hospitals and not one was worth the traveling time it took to get there. I will always prefer this hospital for my care, every time I have been in the hospital or test needed I have been treat well and my health placed first. The courtesy I received has always been unsurpassed.
