Baystate Mary Lane Hospital

I am here for a bad cut on my sons ear. They admitted us right away but have been waiting 4 hours now since we haven't seen any other hospital staff. Admitted patients are walking out for long wait times as I am typing this. They should reallybdo a better job of staffing the E.R better or at least be honest about expected wait times.

Peter Oullette in the Physical Therapy is the greatest human beings I've ever met! Helped me with more than just my frozen shoulder being kind, understanding, gentle and patient all around! Thanks for everything!

I had a great experience with the Staff. Very professional and friendly.

If you ever want to obtain a lot of $$ through a malpractice or violation of patient rights lawsuit this is the place for you!

You rarely have to wait. Staff is wonderful!
