Baystate Wing Hospital and Medical Centers

I'm surprised that there is only one review now. There were dozens if negative reviews a couple months ago. I'd avoid this place if you need medical assistance. The feeling of being marginalized is overwhelming here. You can expect a couple revisits for the same issue and possibly a referral, but not a look in the eye or a sense of care. I will say that the Physical Therapy and Orthopedics have good teams and feel like a different building all together.
