Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak

Terrible terrible terrible. Wait is too long, I waited for hours. The lady in the front told me they take the people that’s dying first but how do you know that I’m not dying waiting in the lobby for hours?? I came in for a serious problem that should have been handled immediately. If I do become worse, I’m definitely suing. A hospital is suppose to be a place to help not be nonchalant and treat you like your illness is nothing. Who is the president to this hospital? Because I want to take this to the top. Y’all have to do better, you cannot have people in the lobby dying while y’all be around period. What type of hospital is this? A place to go when you sick or a place to go to die?

My 95 year old Grandfather is here being treated for dementia associated with Alzheimer's. He was threatening and uncooperative upon arrival. Not at all his norm. The staff here have been incredibly impressive and professional on every level. I've never seen such dedication and excellence as I have here. The staff and facilities are totally amazing. I am not only impressed by the doctor's and nurse's. The entire experience has been fantastic because everyone I've dealt with was not only caring and professional but humane and respectful as well. Beaumont has restored my faith in the medical establishment. If I ever need medical treatment Beaumont would be my first and only choice. Five stars is an understatement in regard to the care provided to my grandfather here. I simply could not be more impressed. Oh and the food was awesome.

Peds ER is a great place to take your child. They have taken such great care of my son. I could not be more happy with our experience here!

I've been here a few times and they have provided really great service each time. Last year I nearly completely severed my finger at the end knuckle and crushed the fingernail bed. The ER got me into the orthopedic surgery department and they got my finger back on and it seriously looks like it never happened. I have full feeling and use of it and the fingernail grew back as well. Couldn't recommend this hospital more.

I have been here a few times for injuries. The first time I received excellent care and attention and service. The last time I walked out and went somewhere else.
