I went in for minor treatment. Signed in and waited 4hrs to be seen. Finally after my patients wore out, I left and went to a different location. I was never seen by anyone and waited in the lobby. 1 year later I'm being hassled by collections for a $222.00 bill. Why do I owe you for sitting in the lobby? Your rating are low because it reflects your service. Asset Financial Services and Paramount Services have the account now and are reporting to the credit bureaus. Classy. You've earned this review. When I have a positive experience I tell 5 people, When I have a bad experience I tell 100.

Some of the worst care I have ever received. I came in for a MS flare up, and was treated like I was a nuisance. Not only by the ER Doctor but the nurses as well. The ER was so cold I asked for a blanket and never received one. I was also moved out to the hallway to finish my IV steroid in nothing but a hospital gown. Never will I ever come here again for treatment. Is this even legitimate to treat a patient in a hallway?

My husband went in today and they checked his blood pressure with the new wrist machine. Blood pressure was 160/102 which is very bad. He asked to check again with a cuff machine and it was 137/80. However, no one seemed to be concerned that it was high or that the gauges were off . Really? and you are giving out prescriptions based on false reading? WHAT A JOKE ....STAY AWAY

I had a hip replacement in Royal Oak and got shipped here for aftercare. I only got offered physical therapy once so I had to walk around my room to exercise and not get stiff. I ended up dislocating my hip and I am currently playing here in pain waiting to go back to Royal Oak. The doctor would only prescribe a half a. Milligram of dilaudid which is barely enough for a headache and I only get it every 6 hours. If you hit the call light you can wait for 20 minutes or longer for help. Even when you call the nurses phone they hardly ever answer. I know the hospital gets bust but Royal Oak was busier than here and the treatment and service was 100 percent there compared to 10 percent here. I do not reccomend you go to this hospital if you can help it. Go to Royal Oak!

Went to ER, the older white male doctor told me he needed to test me for influenza and results would taken at least an hour. I did not need a test to know I had fluid behind my ear but for some reason he did even tho I said I didn't want the test. I left the hospital without help due to not being listened to about what's wrong with my body. I never had symptoms of influenza so why was he testing me for it? Because loss of hearing, ears popping and a cough? Wow smh ridiculous. This was weeks ago. Never went back to doctor. Did home remedies to cure clogged ears and it worked!!! We pay for insurance! We pay doctor salaries! They need to listen to us when we go in!!!
