Beaumont Hospital, Troy

3 hours to get seen by Dr in emergency. Spent the whole time in hallway. Had wife disrobe in public hallway. Nurses busy with youtube videos. Sad ... as this used to be a good hospital. Brown team is aptly named.

Went to the emergency room today. I was treated with exceptional care. For the amount of people they are trying to treat I was am eternally grateful for the care they provided me. I'm eternally grateful that they took my concerns seriously and provided me piece of mind. They were also able to get me a next day appointment with a doctor, which now a days its almost impossible. Extremely grateful to everyone who cared for me.

Very poor social workers...It took two WEEKS longer for them to communicate with rehab facilities to have my mom moved. This caused my mom to become weaker and weaker as she wasn’t getting the needed care and rehab she needed was delayed. Very disappointed in the lack of communication among the workers and lack of urgency. I would never recommend this hospital. It was very disappointing. Very poor service.

A very good Hospital. They have free parking and valet parking. Courteous and friendly employees. Again a very good hospital with all the amenities!!!

Just had my 3rd lower back fusion surgery in as many years. The staff was very inexperienced and it showed. I had to have a vacuum dressing put on my incision because they couldn’t control the constant drainage and bleeding. None of the PAs seemed to know how the device actually works. I had to stay 3 extra days and when I got home I had to go right back because the drain kept malfunctioning. None of the staff seemed to know what to do. It was almost like they were trying to put together a Christmas toy. Now remember I just had a major lower back fusion surgery of L1 through S1. The nurse’s assistant wheeled me to within 15 ft of my wife’s car and wanted me to walk the rest of the way with no walker or any type of aid. Seriously?? 3 years ago I would have given 5 stars. Way too many things to list where they fell short of even mediocre care. The google site gives them a 2.9 out of 5. I’d say that’s being nice.
