Beaumont Hospital – Wayne

I can't speak for other since there are a lot of bad reviews, but I loved the staff here everyone was very helpful and sweet. I was here for a foot surgery so I have no idea what the ER was like. I was scared of coming here because of the reviews, but just judge for yourself. And leave a good review if you had a positive experience.

First time in ER for me. I can not complain, great staff took care of me today an and i got everything i needed, always felt safe and comfortable. Bill brought me socks for my cold feet and comforted me with warm blankets. Thank you-you guys are doing great job, even if it's sometimes very challenging. It needed to be said.

I was just there for 2 weeks had great service, nurse's and my dr was great, food wasn't bad, came quickly after you called it in. This is the hospital i would go to again.

Came in because my 2.5 yr old was having trouble breathing. After 4.5 hours in the ER they said they didnt know what was wrong. About 2 hours in I started asking to just take her, I had to ask over and over to be discharged. Once the Doctor told me we could leave we had to keep waiting for discharge paperwork. Mind you its 4am at this point and I keep asking for the paperwork and after 40 minutes I tell the nurse I'm leaving and she says if I dont wait until I get the paperwork I am leaving against Medical advice. I just walked out. I will dispute the AMA with my insurance company. Take the extra 30 mins and go to St Joe's in Ypsi.

Arrived at EMERGENCY room at 8pm, was still waiting at 1am and I still had not been seen yet. I came in to seek treatment because I don't have insurance as it was dropped without my knowledge. This was my only option and their lack of communication, urgency and attentiveness to my needs and concerns about how long the wait was is appalling. Every other person that was still there at 1am came in long after me and were being seen before me. I requested some form of proof of the length of my stay and they would not provide anything to me at all. I came here thinking I would receive the help and care I need in a timely fashion but have been met with nothing but 6 hours of a waiting room chair and 0 reassurances I would be helped or even seen.
