I had my son here 3 months ago and it was a very nice experience. I had an amazing labor and delivery nurse named Jess that made my entire process great!

They just want to make money. Don't go to this hospital unless you have to. I'm reporting them to a higher department..

I had to make a trip to the emergency room this evening with my 9 year old son for a broken collarbone. The staff from admitting, to triage, xray, nurse, and Nurse Practioner name Yvonne was beyond amazing. The whole process was fast and efficient. The group made my son as comfortable as possible, and treated him like their number 1 priority. I cannot brag enough on them. If you ever need to go to am emergency room Beauregard Memorial is highly recommended. They literally treat you like family and not a number.

If there was people like the night shift I would give five star. However my friend went to the doctor and NP on the morning shift on July 1, 2019 due to accident on his four-wheeler these two doctors was so rude and called the cops on him and he wasn't doing nothing wrong, these doctors needs to be fired. And don't need to work at this ER ever again. He left and went to Lake Charles and he had broken shoulder shame on this hospital for treating my friend wrong

This was the most Horrible experience i have ever had. No one knew what procedure i was having not did anyone have information (clip board) on what i was getting or who i was. The nurses kept mixing me up with other patients and asking me if i had other diagnosis that didn’t pertain to me.The nurses were very loud and unprofessional. Waited three hours to get my IV and prepped for a procedure. After i got out of surgery another nurse came in and asked my husband if i was the one who had cysts ( clearly i wasn’t). First and last time going there.
