Beckley VA Medical Center

Was admitted for a 4 day hospital stay after a motor vehicle accident. ER services were great. Dr and nurses very attentive. My stay was great, food was pretty good, nurses checked on me often and the times I had to hit the call button they came pretty quick.

stay away from this dump they will have you arrested just for asking to be checked out

Continuing to grow, one of the most proficient VA hospitals on the east coast. Highly recommended.

The staff that I have met here have all been extreamly helpful and courteous. This can not be said for the patients, some of which have a attitude of a spoiled child (I want this, and I want it now, and if I don't get it I'm gonna throw a fit). I have gotten much more respect from the staff here than I ever received from the civilian community while I served. I would like to thank all of them for the help that they have given me, and not the forced thanks that crowds are asked to give at sports and other venues. So to the staff here if in the rush of things I have forgotten to thank you in person, I would like to thank you now for all you have done as well as all you are doing and will do in the future.
