A “doctor” should never turn their back on a patient while they are talking to them and just walk away. All they want is money, they do not care about your well being no matter what you’re telling them. She didn’t even care about what I was saying, literally turned her back to me and walked out of the room. Dr. Clark you’re an uneducated so called doctor. I wouldn’t recommend this emergency room to anyone. Drive to Rogers.

I would give this ER 0 stars if I could. I am always treated poorly when I come here. Dr. Karen Haney is extremely rude and disrespectful to patients when they are miserable & at their worst. She even called me a liar when I told her how my symptoms started. Last time a male nurse was also very rude and demeaning towards me. The staff here needs to learn some compassion. They show patients that they do not care and are just awful to them. This is the worst ER in the area.

I really like this facility. It's very clean, very comfortable, and not overly busy.

Great ER. Generally not very crowded, and kind staff.
