Benefis Hospitals

I'm a big believer in using hospitals for emergencies and scheduled surgeries. I had a scheduled surgery and the staff from check in to operating room to recovery room to 7th floor staff that cared for me night and day were just great had multiple Nurses and CNA the helpers bringing your meals even if first day was all liquids to getting me real food at 1 am because I was starving. My countless trips needing help to and from bathroom, the taking a few min to talk to you so you don't feel so alone. The absolutely great food they had and choices your given not like 20 years ago bland yucky food. Real food. You all made me feel so supported and answered questions about anything I might need. I appreciate all you did for me and all you do for your other patients. Thank you for taking care of me. Sincerely Jessica M.

Online bill pay does not work well. Which is weird because a few months ago it worked just fine. I called and talked with at least 6 different benefis workers and all of them forwarded me on to another person.

They pride themselves on "best place to work" not best health care. I'm former employee and experience they're health care. Omg they need to put MAJOR attenion to improving their patient care. I will NEVER use any of their services again. Beware. All services from hospital to dermatology is bad. Don't use their med spas facial fill. Not knowledgeable on correct application. Ruined my lips. Stay away.

I was born in this hospital. My mother and I almost died during delivery due to the treatment of these doctors. They inserted my mother's epidural incorrectly, poisoning both her and I throughout her labor. My mom says they repeatedly yanked her off the delivery table with how hard they were pulling my head with the forceps. My head was dented (with no hair growth in those areas) from the hospital tools for the first 2 years of my life, and I've been told that, if any neurological damage were to have occurred, a lawsuit would have ensued. I was only looking this hospital up to remember my short time living in Montana, but seeing the low ratings from other patients has upset me. 22 years later and there are still stories about mistreatment of patients? I wish this corporation would focus on these issues, so I can be proud of the institution where I was born.

This is by far the worst hospital ever!! My father was diagnosed with liver failure and in need of a transplant. It took them too long to do anything about it and get him referred that by the time we made it to SLC he was denied the transplant. Now we're trying to get him back home to hospice and benefis won't accept him back! How do you deny someone returning home to say goodbye to family and friends!? Only a truly heartless hospital does that. It takes staff forever to answer call lights. With the exception of a few, the staff is awful! I hate, hate, hate this hospital and I will blame Benefis for my father's death when we lose him!!!
