Bertrand Chaffee Hospital

Impeccable care! Unfortunately, I had 2 incidents which sent me to this emergency room this weekend. I found the care at this emergency room far superior then the bigger hospitals in buffalo, such as Mercy and Buffalo General. Nurses and doctors are great. Emily in physical therapy is incredible- so glad we have such quality people available to us in Springville. I suspect the CEO is a hands on executive. Relieved and happy- peace of mind is priceless!

Absolutely worst place I rushed my 5 year old daughter to the er she had fallen and split her head was bleeding all over I was told to have a seat it was going to be a little while until they could see her!!!! I was absolutely outraged she’s crying and blood is running from her head and they had no intention on getting her urgent care!!!! I left and drove to children’s hospital we were put in immediately upon arrival I will never return

Absolutely deplorable. This facility should be ashamed. Discharged an elderly man in feces soiled clothing. Did not provide proper care for indwelling catheter as evidenced by the lack of cleanliness at insertion site. Will be filing formal complaint with NYS Dept of Health. If you have no other choice but to go here ADVOCATE for yourself/loved one. Insist on having family present with you at all times and QUESTION EVERYTHING!!

Absolutely terrible experiences with both the emergency level and doctors office. They would literally let you die in that building before giving you life saving care. All they care about is insurance money, I have had several experiences myself and with my family where I left on shock because of how they treat people in this facility. It deserves to have all medical licenses revoked immediately Do not go here, drive to orchard park or anywhere else than this outdated and uneducated facility

Hate going to this hospital, if you're going for a cold that's about all I would trust them with. Know plenty of people who have had bad service. And know 2 people who had eternal bleeding along with other issues. Who truly almost died from a severe car accident. I've been to a few hospitals none are even closely poorly ran with un professional acting doctors as Springville. Of course the doctors can blame the patients. But pretty sure reviews speak for themselves!
