Billings Clinic Hospital

To sum up my experience with Billings Clinic.. unless you are looking forward to paying large amounts of money for very few results, go as a last resort. You will have better luck with St. Vincent, a naturopath or a church than you will have with Billings Clinic. I went to the clinic for a new issue (eczema). They took a skin sample and ordered labs. They called a week later and had time for a 30 second conversation to tell me not to use certain soaps or detergent and good luck. I also got a $900 bill. $300 of this bill was for a "procedure" that took less than 20 seconds to take a sample of my skin. The entire meeting was for 10 minutes. I asked the hospital about the bill because it seemed absurdly high. The answer was pay it or go to collections. The most amazing part of this whole experience was that the finance team has taken more time for my calls than the doctor and nurse took regarding my issues. Don't waste your time or money.

Best service we've ever had at any hospital. Caring and listen to concerns. Effective treatments.

Check I'm at same day care was fast while busy at the time but an appointment was made for a couple of hours later. Drop off is convenient and check in helped bring a wheelchair to assist. The exam including X-rays and foot splint was relatively fast. Next had an appointment with radiology which also was faster than expected. Overall experience was good in comparison to other medical providers.

Scheduled a payment plan. Paid accordingly. Non stop threats with collections and phone calls from the Billing Department. Just money hungry people.

Waited for 3 hours with my husband who had suicidal tendencies!! The nurses were trying to keep us calm and even brough us some food but the the Psychiatrists just took to damn long!!! They kept saying someone would be with us like 4 times! As service members thid is unacceptable!
