Dr. Bleck ordered my wife a CT scan and Doppler of her leg which has DVT. ER was wonderful and great when I took her there. Now the appointment with Dr. Bleck went horrible. Front staff told us that my insurance said she was not qualified for this visit. I called insurance company right there and they called them while I was on hold. Insurance company said they don't know how to enter this in, insurance fixed it on their end and said don't be surprised if this happens again. Went to do CT scan, I have always gone back with my wife to any appointment she has. The tech was rude, said no you can sit in waiting area, the room isn't big enough. This test will only take 10-15 mins. 45 mins later the tech for her doppler comes out to the waiting room and calls my wife's name, before I could answer the front desk clerk said she is in CT. The tech say hum I just checked there and she wasn't there. Ok now I'm worried... So he say's I'll check again.Another 20 mins pass, CT tech comes out and won't even make contact with me and then I said excuse me when he called another patients name, he then looked at me and I asked where is my wife? His rude comment was oh yeah, she is in her other appointment now. Say's again no more than 10 mins. Well 45 mins later my wife comes out. Never was I notified or asked to come back to the other appointment. So Dr. Bleck say's he will call in her perscription that is can't miss a dose on. My wife told him two day's before it was to run out. Here it is 4 days later, no perscription at drug store. Call Dr. Bleck's office got run around finally got to a lady named Connie, who I proceeded to tell her the situation and she say's they have a 72 hr policy on perscriptions, and weekends don't count. I said Sweetheart it's been past your 72 hr policy and now my wife has been advised not to miss a dose... Then she say's Ma'am you are raising your voice. I had not till then, so I start raising my voice saying I don't know where you learned how to do math and if Dr. Bleck can't push a send button to send the perscription then we have a problem the whole time she was speaking over me saying I was being loud. Connie said I will advise our administrator. I asked to speak to her and wow she is not available at this time. So needless to say I'm filing a compliant with the medical board, on this facility and Dr. Bleck, and will be contacting a attorney for malpractice. They made sure to bill my insurance on that day for these tests which Dr. Bleck said stay by your phone because I work all night and I will call you with these test results.. Needless to say he has not called with the results, so I'm hoping my wife doesn't have a blood clot in her lung.
