Boone Hospital Center

My dad was 95 years old and just passed away Thursday the 17th. He was on the 6th floor in room 619 this was a comfort room waiting for him to pass. I have never met such a awesome floor of professional people in my life. They checked on him every 2 hours to make sure he was comfortable and pain free. They also took there time to talk to us and made sure we were taking care as well. A lot of my family was there around 10 days total. The whole crew was all the same way. What a blessing to our lives to have met and be with. A BIG THANK YOU to them.

I went in for cervical discs replacement and had a wonderful experience. I was well attended in out patient surgery and in my room. I couldn't have asked for better care.

Called to see what networks they take since it has changed since last being there. When inquiring the billing department about the Insurance Networks they take, the billing department had no clue what networks are accepted. How does a billing department for a hospital not know what insurance networks they take? Hospitals that do this, are less about the patients being covered for what they need, but are about getting as many patients in for profit rather then what is best for their patients. Ridiculous.

Had open heart surgery and found that everybody had a great attitude! Also always felt that I knew what was going on. This hospital allowed me to have a very positive experience for a very scary situation!

I my son here a coupe weeks ago, I am seriously happy with all of the staff from the receptionists all the way to the drs. They were very comforting, friendly and very knowlageable. Only thing that I didn't like was that their cafeteria closed early. But that's seriously my only complaint! Love my dr, she was awesome!
