My throat was swelling shut completely and I had went the the emergency room. DR. THOMAS CARPENTER was by far the rudest doctor I have ever came across. He said that I didn’t need to come to the emergency room for that and continued to talk down to me as I was already crying in pain. He looked at my throat and seen the white patches and said print out a paper on sore throat and discharged me. I have never been treated so poorly by any doctor in my life.

Outstanding hospital . My sister spent 3 days there and from the emergency room to the floor it was great . The staff is wonderful and can truly say that we never had an unfriendly nurse or hospital personnel. Fast and professional service

I cannot say enough good things about Boone Memorial Hospital. I had to do some rehab about a year ago and the staff was so good to me and knew just what I needed. My Aunt was in the hospital and I was so worried about her but I knew that she was very well taken care of while I was at work and not with her. They would take excellent care of her and they did every thing to make her comfortable and at ease. The hospital is always having classes and seminars for the public to learn about their health. The new Boone Memorial Hospital is the best thing that's happened to this area in a long time.

We called tonight to speak to the doctor I had previously seen cause my symptoms were changing and getting worse and I needed to speak to my doctor and ask him what I should do. Like come in or not. The receptionist or whatever you call them hung up on my husband cause he pronounced the name of my doctor wrong. Her name was Tracy by the way or something like that. Then he called back and corrected the name he said and she was like "Are you the one who previously called?" then proceeded to say "Well we don't know anything about that." then handed the phone to a woman named Heather and she began to very rude to my husband just like the first woman. Now I understand why no one goes to this hospital. The staff is very rude. It's honestly ridiculous. It was the one on Madison Avenue and we called the phone number listed when that one in specific is googled cause it was the one we went to (for the owner of the hospital that commented). Thank you for responding by the way.
