Bozeman Deaconess Hospital

Hands down one of the best experiences I've had at a hospital. I've have 4 surgeries prior to this one and this hospital has by far been the best. The nurses and doctors were absolutely amazing. Extremely caring and genuine people. I felt safe and well taken care of the entire time I was in there hands. Big thank you to the men and women who helped take care of me and made me feel as comfortable as possible.

I've been to the ER a few times here. The first time they couldn't figure out what was wrong with me and told me I was fine and sent me home. Same thing two days later when I was back in because I couldn't breathe. Three days after that, my roommates had to carry me in because I couldn't walk, breathe, and had a sky high fever along with fever blisters. They still couldn't figure out what was wrong with me and just gave me painkillers. Never did figure out what was wrong. In the ER today with my boyfriend, who is having a hard time breathing, can't talk, chills, and nauseous. We've been waiting to see someone for at least 2 hours and we've seen at least 6 + people who have come in after us get taken back before us. I'm pretty sure they forgot we were there. Absolutely the worst Emergency Room ever. I could have driven us to Billings and been seen by a doctor by now.

Other bad reviews are accurate in my opinion. Only department worth seeing is the women’s health specialist for primary care, and labor and delivery for pregnancy. I’m flying all the way to Mayo Clinic in a few weeks for something that could have been taken care here if the infrastructure, communication and departments took pride in their work.

Wish you guys knew how to treat blood clots and didn't tell patients that it was all in there heads and that they had nothing to worry about, would also be nice if your nurses worked on their bedside manner instead of being explicitly rude and arguing with people about their medical history etc . It would be super great if anyone in the emergency department knew hot to give an iv without blowing out several veins and digging around in my mothers arm for 20 minutes. Worst hospital ever I would not recommend coming here if you want to receive proper treatment GO TO BILLINGS !!!!

My mom has had a couple stays at Bozeman Deaconess, and we have met members of the staff from the ER, PT/OT, Med Floor, Case Management, etc. Every staff member we have encountered has been nothing but excellent. They all do an amazing job not only caring for my mom, but also caring for all of us family members as well. This is an excellent hospital.
