Birth and minor things here. It’s a small town hospital so I have gone out of town/state for major surgeries but for what they do they do it well.

Doctor at the ER was rude, inconsiderate, assuming without ACTUALLY TESTING OR EVEN LOOKING AT ME! extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Why is this man getting paid?? If I get a bill I will be fighting it. You need a new doctor. I will die before I go to this ER again. I suggest anyone who doesn’t have a bone sticking out of their body should go ANYWHERE else because this doctor is too lazy to do any real work

Called to make an appt with a doctor, looking for a second opinionwith an orthopedic surgeon, the nurse was rude! Acted like I was bothering her. She told me that they wouldn't touch me..So that's nice! Turn people away! I wouldn't go here if it was the last place! I'm in a lot of pain and a hospital turns you away and doesnt want to help you! How nice!

Wouldn't go here if your life depended on it. Place is a joke. I went to the ER for severe abdominal cramping and they let me basically sir for 5 hours while doing nothing. They even stuck me with an IV but never gave me a bag of fluid. Plus the nurse had an attitude problem and no one came when I rang my button...all they gave me was Tylenol pills after being there for almost 5 hrs. I had to basically tell them I was leaving and the lady said "this isn't a prison." I was in pain and just wanted to go home. I walked out a lady even said "the town jokes about this place saying you will die before you ever get seen. Literally worst experience I've ever had 🙁

This hospital is a joke. I went to the ER with a dislocated shoulder, after 2 hours of waiting for the doctor to put my shoulder in he came in an tried to get me doped up on pills. I refused the pills and finally got my shoulder in myself. No wonder Brattleboro has an opioid problem. This hospital did nothing for me except bill me $1000 for putting my own shoulder back in. I’ve dislocated my shoulder over 20 times now in a dozen different states and have never been treated as poorly as I was here.
