Bridgton Hospital

I developed an infection while vacationing in Sebago and, preferring a hospital ER to an urgent care facility, drove up to Bridgton. I am glad I did. Later afternoon on a Saturday, yet I was seen very soon after checking in. I was treated, received thorough explanations and instructions on care, and on my way. And I was not the only patient there at the time so it appears the ER is well staffed and prepared. I am very pleased and wish to thank the staff for the professional and pleasant care. Thank you.

Have brought my wife here 3 times of late plus my daughter recently gave birth here. Generally it's been a good experience. ( Even when we had to have the doctor awakened on a 2am visit). This day we came on a Sunday afternoon with my wife suffering from fever and upper respiratory ( possibly pnumonia). We've been sitting in the lobby close to an hour. Biggest problem is the sour attitude displayed by the intake clerk. First impressions! Lack of empathy.

We were seen in a titimely manner and discharged fairly soon but the hosp was not at all busy sooo that's makes a difference as well as it should be.

I chose this hospital because I injured myself badly at work. I went in to their E.R., was checked in, seen by a great doctor, and released within an hour. Great staff. Great doctor. I would travel the extra distance any time to go back if need be for future visits.

Today I had a CAT scan at the hospital, everyone was polite and efficient! The tech who did the CAT scan with IV was very good, and kept me appraised of everything she was doing. I wish MMC was this efficient and courteous.
