I went to Brigham city Community Hospital for my mammogram, the young tech who took the mamo was friendly and put me at ease. The new 3-D machine was more comfortable that the old one. I so appreciated that I was sent a letter before a week was up telling me that they didn't find anything of concern and when I went to my Doctor , he also got a letter. thank you for making this a good experience , I won't put off going again.

I’ve come from out of state & unfortunately ended up here. Between Seattle, Vancouver, & Texas this hospital is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. The nurses are rude & dismissive, they genuinely do not seem to care about patients & don’t want to listen to them. I was treated like my life meant nothing to these people. I was in such a weakened state with an incredibly aggressive & contagious illness that needed treatment that I didn’t receive here. The doctors are so bad at communicating the problems at hand & leave you wondering about your test results, good luck getting a concise explanation about them as they’re incredibly condescending when you ask about what’s going on.They treat you like a drug seeker without knowing a single thing about your medical history, even when your vitals skyrocketing & not returning to a normal rate suggest otherwise. Ruthless, as adequate pain control & stabilization should be first & foremost in an emergency setting. No, 1000mg of Tylenol is not going to do my body or anyone else’s any good, if you want to go down the road of liver damage, sure. It’s negligent to even suggest that high of a dose. It’s even worse to have an IV ripped out of your arm by a peeved nurse for refusing to take the suggested dose of NSAIDs to protect my internal organs from getting weaker from diagnosed chronic illnesses. Just incredibly unprofessional all around. As a medical professional, this is so incredibly unacceptable, my advice is to go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human being, genuinely listened to, & not like another number for them to dismiss. Wish I never would’ve wasted my time here all for nothing.

From the moment I preregistered for my surgery I felt I was in good hands. There was always someone nearby to answer any questions I had and I knew I could call as well. The entire staff may me feel comfortable and welcome throughout my visit. I had outpatient surgery so I was only there a short time but I liked that they often answered my questions before I even asked them and were so careful - clean - patient and loving all along.

Had my first baby here. They treated me so well! I had wonderful nursing staff treated me like we were life long friends. And my doctor was out of town but the in call doctor there treated me and my family very well.

The hospital and staff are good, and the facility is clean and much less crowded than bigger hospitals, but the billing process stinks. For whatever reason, the emergency room claims always have issues with the insurance company, and it can take over a year to get them resolved and paid. Claims from other departments are fine and never have issues, but the emergency room has problems every visit.
